Terms of service
Project engagements with Algorank are governed by the written proposal and statement of work signed by both parties. Deliverables, timelines, revision rounds and payment schedules are defined there. Website content is provided for information only and does not constitute a contract or a guarantee of specific search rankings or business results.
Intellectual property
On final payment, clients own the design, content and code produced for their project, along with the domain and all analytics accounts. Third-party licences remain subject to their own terms.
Privacy policy
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email, phone, company, budget and message you provide, plus the page the enquiry came from. We use this only to respond to you and to deliver services you request. We do not sell or share enquiry data with third parties for marketing.
Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies may record pages viewed and general location. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
Your data rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@algorank.ca and we will action the request.
